A residential concept conceived to be more than architecture alone: DOLCE VITA embodies a way of living that is consistently reflected throughout the interior spaces. Situated in a privileged hillside setting with magnificent lake views, the residence provides the ideal foundation for a living experience defined by light, openness, and atmosphere. Inspired by Mediterranean aesthetics and the ambiance of a luxurious boutique hotel, a home has been created that brings together elegance, warmth, and a sense of refined sensuality.
Between Stone, Light and Elegance
The material selection alone defines the character of the project. Marble flooring, combined with natural stone surfaces and warm tonalities, creates a calm and refined foundation. This is complemented by carefully considered accents — from golden details to reflective glass surfaces that capture the light and carry it throughout the space.
Space in Motion
At the heart of the interior architecture lies the orchestration of space and movement. An elegantly curved staircase serves not only as a functional element but also as a sculptural focal point, emphasising the generosity of the residence while seamlessly connecting its different levels. Flowing transitions and open spatial compositions create a harmonious overall experience in which living, dining, and arrival naturally merge together.
Curated Light
A key element of the design is the deliberate orchestration of light. Generous glazing draws daylight deep into the interior spaces, enhancing the materiality and amplifying the overall spatial experience. At the same time, the impressive lake views are intentionally framed and integrated as an essential component of the interior design concept. Complementing this, a carefully curated lighting scheme with indirect light sources, integrated illumination, and decorative fixtures creates a range of atmospheres — from subtle and soft to accentuated and expressive.

The interior architecture embraces the concept of “Dolce Vita” not only in its formal expression but also in its atmosphere. Warm colour palettes, natural materials, and elegant surfaces evoke the character of Mediterranean retreats, lending the residence an almost boutique-hotel quality.
