Project details
2 x 3.5 rooms
1 x 7.5 rooms
621 m2 living space (gross floor area)
3,234 m3 volume (SIA 116)
During development, care was taken to ensure that each party is as independent as possible: separate entrances, private outdoor areas and the seemingly playful building geometry emphasise this aspect.
The large main flat is organised over four storeys in this dynamic volume. The smaller 3.5-room flats are each located on one floor.
Viewed from the outside and depending from which direction BOLERO has a different appearance.
The west side is very open and cosy thanks to several terraces. The east side, on the other hand, is urban and closed towards the street.
