The shape of the plot, sunlight and a ring road were decisive factors in creating a facade with two different languages. The independent architecture, which is also reflected in the visible layering of the storeys, shapes the character of KOENIGSEGG.

HARMONIOUS BALANCE BETWEEN OPENNESS AND BOUNDARIES.

This architectural principle is skilfully taken up in the interior. The KOENIGSEGG project organises the room programme over four floors: a bright and partially naturally lit basement, a spacious garden floor with a studio, the upper floor with bedrooms and a room on the attic floor with a large terrace. Towards the garden, the facade is characterised by large windows and a horizontal structure.
