The upper floor is organised in an L-shape. The basement itself houses the wide entrance area, a garage for four cars, the building services, and other ancillary rooms.
The middle level is designed as an open-plan layout, separated only by a fireplace. The living room, dining area and kitchen are consistently orientated towards the pool.
