To the east, the building opens to a panoramic view over the lake. Horizontal bands emphasise the elegant expression of the project in its architectural language.
An air space with roof glazing emphasises the spacious entrance. From here, two elegant steps lead up to the extra-high living and dining area, which opens to the lake with its large windows and offers a fantastic view.
The outdoor space impresses with its wide terrace and pool, which seems to merge with the lake. An office and a TV room separated by louvres complement the living room with fireplace, library, and bench seat.
The three floors are connected via the straight staircase in the centre. On the attic floor there are two children's rooms with a bathroom in between and the parents' area with a spacious dressing room, bathroom, and bedroom with a fantastic view of the lake.
