NOMAD: Hills as a starting point
The house concept, inspired by "Nomad", integrates Japanese maples, and uses paths and islands with varying materials for different functions and a sense of space.

The plot to be built on is shaped like a sector of a circle: from the centre, the plot opens out at a 70-degree angle to the east and west. A relatively even slope of the terrain towards the top creates a kind of gallery with great views from east to west and correspondingly good sunlight throughout the day.
The impressive group of 6 silver birch trees in the western part of the site creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere and was included in the project development. The existing Japanese maples are also incorporated into the concept as a natural design element.
