By moving the storeys parallel to the slope, it was possible to create a spacious green area with a pool. The plot is located on the edge of the village and is protected on the east side by a forest.
It was important to the client to feel the gabled roof and thus the chalet-like charm in the living space, but at the same time to maintain the relationship to the dining area and thus to the outside space. By means of split levels, triggered by the extra-high garage, this special spatial relationship could be created.
This floor offset minimized traffic routes and at the same time created a clear separation between the children's and parents' areas. Two seating windows, as a space in the wall, make it possible to experience the interior and exterior space simultaneously. The staggering of the storeys both vertically and horizontally is the defining and design element both inside and outside.
