In the TWIST project, the aim was to achieve a harmonious balance between closed and open facade elements.

The four storeys are broken up by the horizontal elements of the balconies, giving the building a playful lightness. Individual filigree slats emphasize this lightness and give the specific rooms behind them more privacy.
The main apartment is organized over 282 m2 and four floors.
A 40 m2 studio apartment in the basement completes the room program.
