Set on a steep hillside, the VENTO single-family house unfolds across four levels, appearing as if it were carried by the wind above the surrounding panorama. The contemporary hillside architecture combines a clear, cubic form with an open spatial layout and uninterrupted lake views.

The house’s opening

The lowest level accommodates a generous three-car garage and a welcoming main entrance. The second basement level contains functional service rooms, a comfortable guest bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, as well as a dedicated music and entertainment area for the family.

Between the garden, pool and lake

At garden level, the light-filled living space opens up with an impressive double-height volume and a strong visual connection to the lake. The spacious, separately arranged kitchen is quietly oriented toward the upper garden with its terraced pool, reinforcing a seamless indoor–outdoor relationship.

Spaces that appear to float
