Your requirements, needs, wishes and values determine the vision for your dream home. That is why our architects take the necessary time to fully understand your character and the special features of your building plot: after inspecting your property, we invite you to a personal meeting where we get to know you and take an in-depth look at your needs.

To put down your ideas and requirements in writing, we will send you a questionnaire. Together with our impressions from the personal discussions and the inspection of your property, the questionnaire forms the basis for our architects' designs.

We work with you to turn the design into a project ready for construction. To do this, we visualise your vision and create the plan for a unique dream home. At the same time, we already involve the relevant authorities. In this way, we pave the path for the subsequent building permit and simplify the further procedure for the detailed planning and construction of your design house.

The plans and layout of your future home and the investment are already clearly defined in your contract for work and labour. Once you have signed this and the building application, we take care of the construction of your architect-designed house as part of our full service.

Meanwhile, we will seal the signing of the documents with a small celebration in your honour at our company. There you will get to know all the departments involved in the project, which will accompany you with the next steps.

The creation of a design concept that matches your individual wishes and ideas is particularly relevant for the creation of the right ambience in your home. Our interior designers will advise you on this - because the selection of shapes, colours, materials, surfaces, and textures is the be-all and end-all when it comes to getting to the heart of your living concept and the overall interior design.

After creating the design concept for your dream house, we prepare the final details for the construction of your own home. During this phase, our team draws up the detailed and execution plans. They form the basis for all the tradesmen working on the construction site. Once the implementation plans have been finalised, everything is ready for the decisive construction phase.

During the construction phase, good planning is of the utmost importance for the result. Our construction management team therefore only works with reliable tradespeople, suppliers and partners and ensures the quality of workmanship on site through personal inspections. At the same time, the construction management team ensures that all specifications and deadlines are met and can guarantee you the move-in date as soon as the roof has been laid.
