370 m2 living space (GFA)
3,167 m3 volume (SIA 116)
The house was designed with an L-shaped floor plan. This house is characterised by generous openings and an open room concept. Transparency towards the greenery and interesting views were two of the client's main requirements.
The rooms on the ground floor are planned as a sequence, which is divided by a generous, two-storey air space. The entire living area on the ground floor is organised in an L-shape with direct links to the garden and pool area.
At the end of the sequence of rooms is a large conservatory and a pool house with an integrated shed.
