Privacy and retreat are two characteristics of the detached house FARO (Italian for lighthouse). The building is located on the southern shore of Lake Constance and, like a lighthouse, dominates the green hillside in a quiet neighbourhood.

The four-storey house is connected to the street by an external staircase on the east side of the plot and consists of two garden storeys and an upper floor thanks to the steep slope. The master area with private terrace and spectacular lake view is located on this upper floor.
In the basement (at street level) there is a double garage and the necessary ancillary rooms. The children's rooms, one of the two offices and the laundry room are planned for the ground floor.
The central, generously proportioned living floor is defined by the north-facing main rooms: the elegant kitchen, a comfortable living area and the inviting dining area have enough space for the family of four and allow a view of the sunset towards the lake.
