GLORIA
GLORIA Single Family House with Spatial Clarity and Architectural Precision
With its clear volumetric composition, carefully orchestrated spatial sequence and seamless integration into the hillside, GLORIA brings together architecture, landscape and living quality in one cohesive design.
Clear Order
Single-Family House | Location: Hillside setting with a spacious garden | Living Area: 587 m² | Volume: 3'213 m³ | Rooms: 10.5 | Construction: Solid construction
GLORIA is a single family house with 10.5 rooms and a gross floor area of 587 m², translating the potential of an elongated plot on a slope into a coherent architectural concept. The building is composed as a precise sequence of volumes that integrate terraces, courtyards and outdoor spaces as an inherent part of the design. Its placement follows defined setback lines and establishes a calm spatial order לאורך the full depth of the site .
Spaces in Motion
On the ground floor, a central atrium redefines circulation and replaces the conventional corridor. Living, dining and kitchen areas form a continuous spatial sequence that extends towards the garden with terrace and pool. Additional functions such as office, guest rooms and supporting spaces create a differentiated and highly functional living environment .
New Perspectives
The lower ground floor expands the house with spaces for retreat and utility. Areas for fitness, hobby, storage and technical use are clearly zoned and directly connected to the exterior. A pavilion within the garden complements this level and strengthens the relationship between architecture and landscape .
Light and Openness
On the attic floor, living spaces consolidate into two generous master areas with walk in closets, bathrooms and private terraces. A centrally positioned lounge with fireplace connects both sides and is oriented towards the evening sun, establishing the roof level as an independent spatial layer .
GLORIA brings together architecture, space and the relationship between inside and outside into a carefully balanced whole. Its clear structure, precise zoning and integration into the topography define a house that prioritizes spatial quality, restraint and long term architectural relevance.
