The elegant pavilion building impresses with its quiet arrangement and large glass fronts facing the south-west garden.
At the client's request, as much of the programme as possible was to be accommodated on one floor. The entire living area is therefore located on the ground floor on the side facing the garden, with the sleeping area and dressing room behind it.
Thanks to a lowered garden area, part of the basement can be naturally lit.
Differently orientated plaster structures emphasise the horizontal expression of the building. The three spaces consisting of the main house, carport and pool harmonise with each other and nestle calmly into the gently sloping terrain.
