Vertical elements in stone visually connect the storeys both in terms of expression and interior space. The plinth storey in a subtle tone recedes to emphasise the horizontal effect.
It was important to the client to combine as much of the programme as possible on one floor.
In addition to the entrance and office, the ground floor offers a spacious living and dining room, behind which is the guest area and an exclusive parents' and wellness area. The outdoor space offers two covered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, a spacious lawn area and pool, as well as a variety of places to linger and relax.
