NEXA describes the next step in shared living. The single family house understands family, belonging and arrival not as an image, but as a spatial experience. The architecture emerges from site, topography and light, translating these qualities into a clear and timeless form.
Between hillside, light and space
Set on a gentle slope, the building unfolds across four levels. The cubic composition appears calm yet dynamic. Openings, recesses and terraces create depth and respond to views, sunlight and privacy. The modern architecture does not seek gesture, but rather clarity, permanence and a sense of natural presence.

The home’s open center
The garden level forms the open centre of the house. Living, dining and cooking are organised as a continuous space that flows into the exterior.
