Thanks to a completely resolved facade, the individual storeys are precisely recognisable. This gives the building very clear lines, which are emphasised by the short metal-framed canopies.
The slight slope made it sensible to form the lowest storey as a plinth storey. The pool and terrace areas are architecturally integrated into this base storey and thus form a clearly defined outdoor area.
