RADIANT: Light-filled living between lake and garden
The circular arc-shaped geometry of the plot gives the RADIANT project its name. Positioned on a southward-tapering parcel, the building unfolds like a radiant fan, capturing and concentrating sunlight.

The central access, featuring an elevator, ensures efficient organization of the apartments: the sleeping quarters are oriented westward, opening onto the garden, while the living areas, with large windows, face eastward toward the lake.
Large windows, a subtle façade in a warm earthy tone and the harmonious integration of the building into the landscape elegantly connect the architecture with its surroundings. The RADIANT project combines modern living with a deep connection to nature.
Two east-facing double garages, oriented toward the street, serve the two apartments. Meanwhile, the elevated basement raises the garden to the current ground level, seamlessly integrating it into the landscape.
