With its clean and serene design language, natural materials, and warm colors, the building exudes a cozy elegance. The stone façade reflects the texture of the surrounding mountains, while floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interior with light and offer expansive views.
The clients prioritized optimal utilization of the plot. The building's footprint follows the nearly rectangular shape of the property. The open parking design elegantly lifts the structure off the ground, resembling the stem of a wine glass and provides each of the four residential units with a covered parking space.
