Multi-generation house UNA COPA: clear geometry and unique lake views

With its precise volumes, natural materials and deliberate orientation towards the water and mountains, UNA COPA brings together architecture, landscape and quality of living in a harmonious overall composition.

In Dialogue with the Landscape

Multi-generation house | Location: residential neighborhood near the city center | Livingfloor area: 447 m² | Volume: 2,047 m³ | Rooms: 1x 1.5-room, 1x 2.5-room, 1x 3.5-room, 1x 4.5-room | Construction: Masonry construction

UNA COPA is conceived as lakeside architecture shaped by the interplay of topography, views and clearly defined geometry. The building volume follows the almost rectangular plot, translating its logic into a precise volumetric composition. The result is a multi-generation house with lake views that neither imposes itself nor retreats, but deliberately frames the landscape and makes it legible.

Clear Structures

Four differently sized units create a balanced range of residences with lake or mountain views. Across a gross floor area of 447 m², the staggered floor plans form a compact residential structure whose quality derives from proportion and orientation.

Natural materials, warm tones and a stone façade give the building a calm presence and anchor it within the mountainous landscape. Generous openings connect the interior and exterior, creating contemporary residential architecture defined by enduring clarity.

Precisely Positioned

At ground-floor level, the volume rises slightly above the terrain, creating an open parking area that is functionally integrated while giving the building a floating appearance. Each unit has a covered parking space and clearly zoned ancillary rooms. This precise arrangement reinforces the legibility of the structure and underlines the commitment to considered architecture with a clear formal language.

UNA COPA is not an additive project, but a cohesive composition of space, structure and context. Its qualities emerge from the balance of floor plan, volume and materiality. The result is a place that supports everyday life while continually directing the gaze beyond the water towards the mountains.
