2'120 m3 volume (SIA 116)
For the nature-loving client, it was important to plan the garden and surrounding area as a single unit and to stage the garden with the building and vice versa. The decision to plan only two storeys and therefore to plan more extensively and with a greater connection to the earth was made very early on. Another way of bringing the garden landscape more into the house is the angled facade.
The UPPER LAWN project has different levels in the outdoor space, which can be read together by means of repeating elements. The top level is directly connected to the main living areas and offers a beautiful view of the lake and good sunlight.
In addition to the living and dining areas, an office, the master area, and the garage are organized on this floor. The children's area is in the basement alongside the utility rooms. Here too, direct access to the garden area ensures a strong connection with nature.
