VICTORIA: Elegant hillside house with lake view and common room

Bands accentuate the horizontally organized building towards the outside. The surfaces in between form a contrast to the bands, both in terms of their colour and the feel of the vertical broom finish. The east-sided terraces facing the lake convey the feeling of being on the bow of a ship thanks to their rounded shapes.
There is one apartment on the ground floor and one on each of the two upper floors. The side entrance on the first floor leads to the communal carport, whose forecourt serves as a usable outdoor space. The centrally located core with elevator provides access to the individual floors. The apartments on the ground and second floors are divided into two wings. The two wings, each consisting of two rooms with bathrooms, frame the open-plan cooking, dining, and living space in between. Large windows provide a panoramic view.
The first-floor apartment offers a terrace area facing the lake on the east side and access to the garden on the west side. The upper floor and attic apartments have a spacious terrace area in front from east to west, partly covered and partly open. The different parapet heights deliberately direct the view in different directions and at the same time offer privacy. Two offices and a bathroom in the basement, which can later be used as an independent living unit, complete the room program. A spacious common room serves as an additional recreation area for all residential units.
