Vertically stacked windows emphasize the building’s vertical articulation, lending it a clear structure and sense of orientation.
At the heart of the design was the client’s wish to make optimal use of the site while placing a strong emphasis on the view. All apartments are identical in size and layout, each with direct access from the elevator into the unit. The spacious rooftop terrace is open to all residents and easily accessible via the staircase – a shared space with a panoramic outlook.
